Notice re: damaged “smart” meter enclosures, from Brill & Rinaldi Law Firm

Notice from the Brill & Rinaldi Law Firm:

Please advise if you are an FP&L customer that incurred the expense, not reimbursed by either FP&L or Honeywell, associated with repairing or replacing a damaged meter enclosure and its components following the installation of a [so-called] Smart Meter. Those expenses could include the expense of hiring a licensed electrician, updating components of the property to current code, pulling permits and obtaining inspections by the local code authorities.

Please also advise to the extent you are aware of the approximate date your Smart Meter was installed, please advise when your Smart Meter was installed and the date in which you incurred the various expenses associated with the repair of your meter enclosure.
